Terms & Conditions

By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before booking.

1. Service Agreement

Upon confirmation of your booking with Gurgaon Packers & Movers, you enter into a service agreement. Our team will perform the agreed relocation services on the scheduled date.

2. Booking & Cancellation

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a unique Tracking ID
  • Cancellations up to 24 hours before moving date: No charge
  • Cancellations within 24 hours: May incur nominal fees
  • Rescheduling is free if done 48+ hours in advance

3. Liability & Insurance

  • Basic transit insurance is included with all moves
  • Items packed by customers are not covered under our insurance
  • Our liability is limited to the declared value of goods
  • High-value items should be declared and additional insurance purchased

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure access to both pickup and delivery locations
  • Inform us of fragile or valuable items in advance
  • Dismantle/drain appliances (washing machines, etc.) before moving day
  • Provide accurate address and contact information

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services at the delivery location. Advance payment may be required for long-distance moves to confirm your slot.
