Payment is typically done at the time of delivery. However, a small advance may be required for long-distance moves to confirm your booking slot.

Packing & Moving

Yes! We provide all quality packing materials including cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, foam sheets, packing tape, moving blankets, and specialized containers for fragile items.

Your belongings are fully protected. We use high-quality packing materials, tie down items securely in our vehicles, and carry transit insurance for all moves.

Yes, you can pack items yourself. However, items packed by us are covered under our transit insurance. Items you pack yourself may not be covered if damaged.

Tracking & Delivery

After booking, you receive a unique Tracking ID (e.g., GPM458721). Use this on our Tracking page at https://www.gurgaonpackersandmovers.in/tracking.php to get real-time updates.

Your Tracking ID is a unique identifier (GPM + 6 digits) generated when you book. It lets you monitor your shipment status in real-time on our website.
